Welcome to AdKrav (https://adkrav.com). By creating an account or using the website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the service

AdKrav lets members earn rewards by completing tasks such as paid surveys, offers, advertisements and other activities offered by us or by third-party partners. Available tasks, rewards and payout methods can change at any time.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to register.
  • Each person may hold one account. Duplicate or shared accounts are not allowed.
  • The information you give must be true and kept up to date, including your e-mail address and payout details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account.

3. Earning rules

  • Complete every task honestly and in full. Give truthful answers to surveys and profile questions.
  • Do not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any other tool that hides your real location or automates activity.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate tracking, referrals, offers or surveys, and do not exploit errors in the system. Report errors to us instead.
  • Rewards are credited only after the advertiser or survey partner confirms the completion. Partners may reject or reverse completions at any time, and in that case the related reward is removed from your balance.

4. Referrals

If a referral programme is offered, you may invite other people with your personal link. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading promotion are prohibited and may lead to loss of commission and account suspension.

5. Payments and withdrawals

  • You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum shown for the chosen payout method.
  • Requests are reviewed by our team. We may ask you to verify your identity or e-mail address before paying.
  • You are responsible for entering correct payout details. Payments sent to a wrong address given by you cannot be recovered.
  • Any fees charged by the payout provider or your bank, and any taxes that apply to your earnings, are your responsibility.

6. Suspension and termination

We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account, and cancel unpaid rewards, if we believe these Terms were broken, if a partner reports fraud, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content, logos and software of AdKrav belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them without written permission.

8. Third-party services

Some tasks are provided by third parties (for example survey and offer providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that tasks will always be available or that earnings will reach any level. To the extent permitted by law, AdKrav is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
