Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AdKrav (https://adkrav.com) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit the site or use your account.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: username, e-mail address, password (stored in hashed form), country and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us.
  • Payout data: the wallet or account details you enter to receive withdrawals.
  • Activity data: completed tasks, rewards, referrals, balance history and support messages.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. We use this for security, fraud prevention and to detect duplicate accounts and proxy/VPN use.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and to credit and pay your rewards.
  • To operate tasks, surveys and offers, and to confirm completions with our partners.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and multiple accounts, and to keep the site secure.
  • To answer support requests and send service messages (for example e-mail verification and payment notices).
  • To improve the site and to meet legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

We process data to perform our contract with you (running your account), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement of the service), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only when needed:

  • Survey and offer partners (for example TheoremReach, CPX Research and similar providers). When you open their wall, they receive an identifier for your account and technical data such as your IP address and device information, and they may collect further information that you give them. Their own privacy policies apply.
  • Service providers such as hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics and payment providers, who process data on our behalf.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes above, for example to settle payments, handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. California residents may also ask what categories of data we collect and may ask us not to sell their data; we do not sell personal data. To use these rights, contact [email protected].

9. Children

The service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced on the site or by e-mail.
